Tenant Complaint Email

Dear Brian,

As you know that we are on good terms in using your place since 1.5 year and it has been long time I am trying to bring certain things to your notice. I personally felt difficulty in reaching and talking to you despite many phone calls there was no response from your end. Thought of emailing you the matter as they are out of the reach and needs an urgent attention.

Our legal agreement states that you were to furnish us with complete functional house. Talking of functionality kitchen appliances and bedroom furniture are not up to the mark and some of them have aged with the time especially the furniture part. Some of the kitchen appliances are not so good and needs replacement urgently. It is risky cooking with those unbalanced appliances.

I am bearing those repairing and maintenance cost myself and has attached the bills of the same. Kindly adjust in the rent or repay the cost money as soon as possible. Hoping this email request will be attended at the earliest.
