Dear Ms. Susan Foster,

As you are aware, due to unstable financial condition and current economy breakdown, it has become impossible for managing a huge staff along with number of departments. The management of Mannford Companies Pvt. Ltd has come up with a solution of laying off some of the employees from each of the departments. Your department is one of them. For more details, kindly refer the attached layoff notice and the name of the employees.

We are sorry to inform you that you have been laid off. Do not worry this layoff period is temporary and the laid off employees can join us after three months. This announcement is made just for recovering the losses and for raising sufficient funds.

Your lay off date is effective from November 15th, 2010. Kindly clear all your funds and handover the responsibilities to your head of the department.
