Sympathy Email to Co – worker

Subject: Deeply regret for the unwanted health issue

Dear Derrick

I’m writing this mail to you to let you know that I deeply sympathize with the news that you have been detected with cancer.

I came to know about your health from a colleague when you failed to be in the office for approximately a month. I’m sorry for all the mental and physical pain you have gone through these days; I can understand your situation and pray to God for your speedy recovery. This is not just false hopes, but cancer is now curable and I have heard that doctors are trying their best to bring a positive change in you. All you need is to hold back your confidence and will power to get back to the healthy self soon.

I have been making efforts to come to your place in person but there are some or the other tasks that come my way; however I shall be meeting you very soon and hope to see you in the best health condition then.

Please do not feel lonely as I’m always with you. All our prayers are with you so that you can get strength to fight the situation bravely. Do not worry about the office work, as I will take care of everything in your absence. Please let me know if I can be of any help to you.

Hoping to meet you very soon! You can always reach me at 4563-1289. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
