Service Appointment Confirmation Email
A service appointment confirmation email is an email which is written by a service provider to a client to confirm an appointment date and time. The email is written in response to a service request email from the client to the service provider and must be framed formally. The email must be brief and should mention the confirm timing of the service appointment. A sample is provided below for your reference

I, Paul Anderson, your computer service provider from Martha Computer Private Limited, am writing this letter to you to inform you that I had received your service request yesterday and would be able to visit you on your desired date and time.
I wish to confirm the service appointment date of 21st May 2014 at 3 pm. As mentioned in your email request, you mentioned your service address to be 7_ Prince Street, Putney, London, United Kingdom. I would be present at your address on the given date and time and would be providing the regular service session for your computer. The last service appointment as registered with me is 2nd Jan 2014 and thus this session would be given to you for free as 6 months have passed since the last servicing.
Please keep your computer bill with you when I arrive so that I can check the validity of your warranty.
