Sample Office Email

Dear All,

This mail is regarding the change in office timings effective from April 22, 2010 as per orders by Office Management. This mail is applicable to the whole staff of Marina Exports Pvt. Ltd including all departments.

Please find new timings hereby; 0900- 1800 hours for official working and lunch break will be from 1300-1400 hours.  Late cases will not be excused without prior information. Applications for causal, medical and short leave will be entertained by only HR Department instead of Head of Department. No personal meetings are allowed in dining hall and meeting rooms. Every communication occurring between offices and with clients will be in black in white by using emails only.

We hope, above mentioned amendments are clear and understood. Just in case of any inquiry, feel free to contact HR Department through email.

Expecting full cooperation from the staff of Marina Exports Pvt Ltd henceforth.
