Sub: Sales Proposal Follow Up email

Dear Ms. Norma,

I am writing this email with regard to the business meeting we had at our office on 03rd July 2012. Just to refresh you about the meeting, we had made a sales proposal to your company with regard to our products range in computer hardware. We also proposed to enter into a contract with your company for the supply of computer hardware for a period of one year which will be further renewed for a period of two years subsequently.

The terms of the contract specified that computer supplies will be replaced twice a year during the contract period. With regard to our sales proposal we arrived at a conclusion that we will hold another meeting which will be fixed within two days and intimated to us accordingly. So we would like to know if the date for the second sale proposal meeting has been fixed by you. It will be great if you could inform us about the decision take by you about the meeting and intimate us as soon as possible.

In case you require any further information with regard to the sales proposal, we are ready to provide the same.

Looking forward to meeting you soon as decided earlier.

Thanking you.

Yours truly,

Susan Thompson.
