Respected Mr. Joe,

I am sending this email to you to convey my apologies on behalf of the entire team of Yummy-Tummy Restaurant. I am personally apologetic for the poor delivery of services that you have experienced at your dinner party yesterday at our restaurant.

I can really understand the troubles that you faced while executing the plans that you have made for your dinner party. I must thank you for choosing to dine with us. I convey my heartfelt apologies to you for the poor services of the waiters in serving you the desirable dishes and snacks. As was mentioned in your complaint letter, I am really sorry for extremely rude behaviour of one of the waiter – Mr. Jack Walt in serving you a glass of water. After your complaint, we have terminated him from his job at our restaurant.

I would like to sincerely thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I will personally deal with the chef staff and the waiter’s team of my restaurant. As a token of regret, I would like to present you a free dinner voucher at our restaurant, which has been attached along with this email. I once again apologise you on behalf of Yummy-Tummy restaurant. Please give us a chance to serve you again.
