Dear Maurice,

This is response to the complaint email that you had sent us on 12th of March 2012. You had complaint us about the electronic equipment that you had purchased from us on 9th of March 2012.

You had purchased a microwave from our store, General Electronics and in your complaint email you had mentioned that the after two days of purchase the microwave is not working and the food is not getting warm. We would like to apologize for the trouble that you had to go through because of our product.

I assure you that we would change your microwave in next one week and give you a new microwave after thoroughly checking your microwave. All you have to do is come down to our store with the faulty microwave and your purchase receipt. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused.
