Dear Mr Smith,
This is to bring to your notice that I wish to terminate my services by my own accord in ABC Today from 12th November 2010 which shall be my last day of service to this company. I shall miss working in this comfortable atmosphere thoroughly.
I wish you all the success in going forward and will definitely miss working under your guidance and many of my colleagues and customers. My employment with ABC Today has been a chance to both learn and to give back. I will take every positive memory that I have of this place with me to my new employer.
