Subject: Resignation Announcement

Dear All,

I hereby bring to your kind attention that I have resigned from the services of our company as Manager-Stores on account of some personal problem. I joined this company two years ago as stores in charge and have grown to this commendable position today. I wanted all of you to know how much I enjoyed working with each one of you for the past two years that I have been with this company. It has indeed been a learning experience for me with all the ethics and values that each one of you displayed while on job. This association will certainly help me to give a growth to my career in which ever company I take up my future job pursuits.

I will be working for another two weeks to complete the work that has been assigned to me before I leave. If there is anything I can do for any one of you please feel free to contact me.

While I feel sad that I have to resign from the company due to personal reasons I would always remember the love and respect I got here. I take this opportunity to thank each one of you who have helped me learn and contribute on the job.
