I hereby invite you all for a party hosted by our company management on the occasion of its annual day on 02nd April 2012. I invite you along with your family to attend the dinner party being held at Hotel Sheraton, Montrose. We have invited all the members of the board, team members and all other staff members who have had an association of over three years with our company.

Please mark your presence for the office party at least three days in advance for making the necessary arrangements. Remember that it will be a great opportunity for each one of you to interact with all the top officials of our company which can open ways for new opportunities, contacts and valuable information. Last but not the least one can also get to relish the palette of wonderful dishes that will be served on the occasion. Kindly ensure your presence before 7.00P.M which will not cause inconvenience to anyone.

The dress code for the office party is Black. Looking forward to see you all at the dinner party of our company right on time on the specified date. For any directions to reach the hotel please refer to the attachment in this mail.
