Office apology email
Dear Ms. Smith,
I want to apologize to you regarding the yesterday’s circular which was mailed to you to inform about the latest timing list as instructed by the management. It is requested to consider the yesterday’s sent list as null & void as I sent the rejected list to you. Kindly find the latest circular which is attached with this mail.
According to the new official timings, which are effective from November 10th, 2010, every employee will report at sharp 9: 30 am, lunch time will be between 1: 30pm to 2:30pm and closing time are fixed at 5: 30 pm. This timing schedule will remain into consideration till March 1st, 2011 as it is issued considering the winter weather. Therefore, the management has relaxed all the timings by adding 30 minutes, whereas the closing time is reduced by 30 minutes.
