Dear Mr. Thomas,
I would like to apologize on behalf of our hospital for the incorrect medical treatment conducted on you.
I understand that you are a patient of hernia and you had taken admission in our hospital for a hernia operation on 10th of December in room number 13. However, we by mistake conducted a gall bladder operation on you. There was a patient admitted for gall bladder operation in the room number 14. The medical reports of both the patients got exchanged by mistake. As a result this confusion took place.
I understand that it a serious health issue and the staff that made this mistake will be severely punished. We promise that we will go ahead and conduct your hernia operation free of cost and all other medical expenses will also be incurred by us. I will be grateful if you could forgive us. We will pray for your good health.
