Dear Mr. Williams,

I am writing this mail to announce to you about your job transfer. This is in reference to the recently modulated principles and policies of our company, in order to maximize the profits. You will be transferred from your initial place of working that is from London to a new location that is Buckingham.

You will be reporting as an Accounting manager of the accounting team at our company office there. The transferred post would be effective from August, 20th 2012. Your scheduled timings for the office remain the same. We are writing to announce to you that your compensation and benefits would surely be increased in this regard and according to your performance in this transferred post.

You will be assisted with some trained staff members and respective managers for some initial months at your new place of work.

You are requested to come to my office today at 6:00 PM to discuss some important matters for the transferred post. I hope that you will give your best to perform to the best of your capabilities in this new challenge. I look forward to see you working at your new location.
