Job termination email
Dear Mr. Connelly,
In reference to our meeting on 26th June, 2010 I regretfully confirm that your employment with our Retail Corporation has been terminated with effect from 15th July, 2010.
As it has been earlier discussed in our meeting the reasons for your termination are as follows:
- You have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of our company. You have harassed your colleagues at work, never submitted your project on time, and never showed your willingness to work in a team.
- I had given you three written warnings before but I failed to see any signs of improvements.
- You have made no sincere attempts to change your work ethics.
So, while terminating your office please leave behind all the possessions of the company like the office keys, your identity card, and all the paper documents. Please follow up with the administrative department for any help.
You shall leave the office from 1st of August 2010 and all your payment will be cleared by then. You shall also be given all the pending dues from our end.
