Dear Bob,
Your job offer seems very tempting and I am looking forward to accepting it. I strongly feel that I will be a valuable asset in your company and I can contribute a lot to the growth and profitability of your firm.
I have gone through the terms and conditions of the agreement that you had forwarded in the previous email. But I would request you to make few minor changes to it.
According to the contract, you are offering a base salary of 40,000 USD. But doing a bit of market research, given my current experience and educational qualifications, the offer certainly seems to be on a lower side. 50,000 USD seems to be a reasonable bet. I am fine with all the other terms and conditions.
I would greatly appreciate if you could make some minor adjustments to the contract.
Looking forward to a positive reply,
Yours’ Sincerely,
Michelle Hays
