Job Emails

By | January 5, 2012

Job emails, as the name suggests, is any form of communication related to the application, invitation, rejection or acceptance of a job.

Although a resume of a candidate gives all the necessary information, an email supporting this adds to his chances to stand out from others and serves to add a personal touch. If the candidate gets a chance for an interview or is accepted for the post, his reply email also creates a good impression on his bosses. While rejecting a job, the candidate can smooth the edges by personal writing about his reasons for not accepting the job.

Similarly, from the company’s perspective, instead of only focusing on the technicalities, it gets a chance to write about the job, the work profile and what it is expecting from the candidate, creating a smooth line of communication between the interviewee and interviewer. Thus, these emails serve to supplement any information related to the job.
