Respected Mr. Bills,
This is in reference to the interview rejection email that you sent to me on 15th March 2013. I was interviewed for the job post of financial executive by Mr. Ronald Charles on 12th March 2013 at Company’s auditorium.
I would like to thank you for letting me know that you had appointed another candidate for the job post of financial executive. Though the interview rejection was disappointing, I would like to appreciate your efforts and time to conduct an interview for me.
With this email, I would like to express gratitude towards the staff team of your company in coordinating and scheduling an interview for me. Through this follow up email I would kindly request you to please let me know as to on what basis and criteria did you mark the rejection? Also I request you to kindly update me about my weak points that has led my rejection so that I can consider them during my future job search.
I sincerely hope that you will keep my application form along with other supporting documents and files for the future consideration.
