Dear Ms. Wheeler,

We have received your interview request and your CV and have forwarded your details to the features department of our magazine.

Since our features editor Ms Lawson is out of the country at this moment we are sorry to say that we will not be able to schedule any interview right now. However, there are openings for reporters in the features department, and hence we will consider your application as soon as possible.

I have also mailed your CV to Ms Lawson and she has asked me to tell you that she would love to meet you when she is back in town. I will personally call you at the number or write to you at the mail id that you have provided in your CV.
