Subject: Assistance required for making interview arrangements

Dear Nancy,

As you are aware that we are starting our hiring process for different positions next week, I would like you to make all the required arrangements for the same. Being in the HR team, you must be having a list of all the positions that are vacant currently. I would also mail you the list for which the hiring is to be done.

This is not the first time that we are doing such an activity. You have helped me in making interview arrangements quite a few times earlier as well. You are required to make the arrangements in a similar manner. I would also be sending you the schedule for different interview rounds and the other required details. Please go through it carefully before making the arrangements.
