Respected Mr. Lenny,
This email is in regards to the interview that I am supposed to appear for the position of a customer service executive in your organization. I would like to confirm the interview appointment.
I had applied for the position of a customer service executive in your organization on 10th of June 2012. I received a mail from your end mentioning that my appointment interview date is on 15th of June 2012 and thus I would like to confirm that I will be present there for the interview. I assure you that I would turn out to be an ideal candidate for the job if selected. As per your mail, I am supposed to be present at your office premises on 15th of June, 2012 at sharp 9 AM in the morning. I will bring hard copy of my resume, educational certificates and other documents as mentioned in the mail sent by you. Please let me know if any other document is needed.
