Respected Mr. Jack,

This email is in regards to the interview I appeared in your organization for the position of a customer service executive on 12th of June 2013. I would like to make a follow up of the interview.

After the interview I was told that I would be informed about the result within one week. But it has been over two weeks time since I appeared for the interview but there has been no response from your end. So I thought to write this follow up email. I think I had a good interview and as per the discussion I had with you I feel that I have the necessary knowledge about the job responsibilities of a customer service executive. I also have required work experience. It would also be an honor to work in your organization. Working in a reputed organization like yours will give me professional growth and I would also be able to contribute to the organization with my performance.
