Respected Mr. Paul,
I am writing this mail in reference to my job application for the post of a receptionist at your esteemed organisation. I submitted a letter of application along with some supporting documents such as resume to support my candidacy, on 25th August 2012. I was told that I would be informed about my proceeding no later than 2nd September 2012. I am sending you this email as my follow up application email.
I am very interested to work at Florida Company as a receptionist. As mentioned, I possess good communication skills, decision making abilities and convincing power to deal with the daily clients and customers. I believe that my skills and credentials would be a suitable match to meet your job requirements. I have not heard from your company till date. I wanted to know about the follow up of my job application and hence reiterate my interest in the job.
I am again attaching a copy of my resume along with this email for your review. I would be thankful to you if you update me at your earliest convenience. I would be glad to resend my application documents and other supporting materials to support my candidacy. I look forward to hear from you.
