Subject: Follow Up email after interview email

Dear Mr. Frederic

I Paul Adams have applied in your organization for the post of sales executive on 6th of May, 2012. On 10th of May, 2012, I got a mail from your HR department stating that my resume has been selected by the company as they have found my qualifications and experience apt for the position. The HR department also stated that they will be soon conducting the interview for the position in a week’s time and will inform me about the date and the venue.

It’s been more than 10 days and I have not received any mail regarding the interview details. So I am writing this mail to follow up with regards to the interview email I received on 10th May.

It will be really great if you could please let me know the schedule for the interview. In case if any other document or information is needed please let me know. Looking for an early reply.
