It is a very unfortunate moment for all that I had to take such a hard decision to announce the termination of our employee, Mr. Troy Williams from the post of head of sales department. Due to the negligence towards work and negative approach to handle the situations, he has been terminated after giving three stated warnings. His mostly seen faults were coming late to the office, lack of regularity and less focus on the work.
Mr. Williams has been with our company for last 3 years. He was given repeated warnings to be on time and work with dedication. The termination has been done with all the prior major discussions.
I just want to inform everyone working here, that our company respects the sincerity towards work and that is what we are working for. Any action violating our company’s beliefs and policies will not be tolerated and such immediate actions will be taken.
We at our company want to act as one team, working towards the organisational goals so that we can achieve individual goals. We just hope that the best to come from you, so that we can give you our best.
