Dear Collin,

Your association is highly regarded and valued by our company, and there is no doubt in saying that. As an employee you have provided services at par and have proved to be beneficial to the company and we are more of looking forward in working with you in the long run.

The purpose behind sending you this email is little different, I was hesitating in sending you the same as the news were dreadful to me. I have not come to a stand of accepting it as yet. Our potential client Mr. Albertsons has been nagging since few days about your impolite behavior.

I am fully agreeing about the work pressure in your department but this is quite unusual especially coming from you, which will in a way affecting our organization. As I have known you personally, I am taking his work matter in my hand and wish that you personally apologize to Mr. Albertson and make things positively okay.
