Hello. Thanks for registering your complaint with our customer care unit. I, Peter Pettigrew, the Senior Customer care representative of Jackson Mobile Company am writing this letter to you in response to your complaint which you had registered with us on 17th June 2012. We are extremely sorry for the delay in fixing your problem but you shall be extremely happy to know that we have finally found a solution.

Your complaint was regarding the activation of your 3G monthly plan. The 3G on your mobile phone wasn’t getting activated because the coupon number mentioned in your coupon was already used by someone else before. This happens very rarely and hence our company took time to sought this issue.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to this and are offering you free 3G usage for the next two months.
