Complaint Email to School


Dear Ms. Rachel

My son is the play group student of your school and have decided to opt for school cab service which was till date running smoothly.

I am marking since many days that the driver of your cab service comes late to pick my son for school and also brings home late, which is very rare as I am staying at a nearby distance to the school and know how much time it takes in to and fro.

I wanted you to bring an attention of the same, because there are several parents who are complaining about the same and despite telling your cab driver he’s least interested nevertheless he still continues to reach late. The teachers have known this problem and they too have taken steps in instructing the driver.

I would request you to take necessary action as the school cab driver might be speeding to bring kids on time. I am anticipating immediate action from your end.
