Subject: Complaint letter to hotel manager
Dear Mr. Yen,
I am writing this letter to complain you regarding the unbelievable poor services that I have received at your hotel, Glow Hotels. I was on a vacation with my family and we stayed at your hotel for 3 days, from 1st May to 4th May, 2014 at Deluxe Room number 401. We chose your hotel after seeing the reviews and appreciations from the patrons and travellers online and I thought that we would be getting premium services from your end.
We are highly disappointed to notice the mismanaged cleanliness measures at your hotel’s restaurants and rooms. While we entered our room, we noticed lock of hair lying on the floor and some small crumbs of dirt which displayed that the room has not been cleaned for so many days. The bed were not been made and the kettle was not even washed. Also, upon visiting to the washroom, there were no facilities of towels, soaps, lotions etc. We called the service desk and they said that the hotel was that time understaffed.
At the time of checkout, we had paid for our full rentals but we would like a partial refund for such a dissatisfactory stay at your hotel. If you wish to discuss further, feel free to contact me on 3949394.
