Complaint Email to Airlines
Writing you this email is to make you understand and needed some important facts to come to your notice which I had experienced travelling through your prestigious airlines
On 12th of December 2010 I was passenger booked on one of your flight SD 2541 to London which was annulled due to bad climatic conditions. Forgive me for consuming your precious time but I personally feel obliged to make you understand about the scenario we passengers exactly faced by your rude crew members. They were not at all co-operating in giving us proper answers, because of this immoral treatment from airline crew I & many of us had a grueling experience in arranging another flight ticket. I was way behind my schedule for my trip.
I assume that this email would definitely make you take up some corrective action against those crew members & it would be a learning lesson for them, which is not at all expected being in hospitality field.
