Subject: Compliant regarding Internet connection problem

Dear Mr. Evans,

I am writing this email to you hoping that you would be able to solve my problem in regards to my Comcast Internet connection.

I have been facing problem with my internet connection since February 2012. There is no network or signal in my internet connection everyday between five in the evening till eleven at night. As a result I am unable to use the internet. I have raised a complaint twice but it has been of no use. Every time I call up the customer service, they give me the excuse that it is an area based problem which will be solved in twenty four hours. A technician had also visited my place, but he could not solve the problem.

I would request you to look into this matter. If this problem persists I may have to take some other internet connection.
