Business Appointment Confirmation Email

A business appointment confirmation email is an email which is used by a business party or person to confirm a business appointment to another party or person. The mail can be sent by a business to a client or vice-versa and must mention the exact date and time of the business appointment as agreed upon by both the parties. Given below is a sample of the same.

Subject: confirmation of the business appointment

Dear Mr. Roger and Robert,

I, Jennifer Aniston, the personal secretary of Mr. Jones am writing this letter to you in response to your business appointment request letter that was sent on 18th May 2014. I would like to confirm the appointment and would welcome you for the meeting to the head office situated at D-56, Bridgestone lane, London.

Mr. Jones has given me his thumbs up for the appointment regarding the sponsorship deal that you would like to talk to him about.  So the final and confirmed date of the appointment is 23rd May 2014 and the confirmed time is 5 pm. The appointment is not expected to last for over 30 minutes.   I would request you to bring along all the discussed documents and other paperwork so that if any signatures are needed, they can be done on this appointment itself.

Looking forward to seeing you on 23rd. For any other information you can contact me on 79978999.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely

Billy Green
