Mr. Jude Law
Managing director
Respected Mr. Jude,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my unethical behavior at office.
I am aware of the fact that I have been constantly coming late to office for the past three days. I know that this has been a very unacceptable behavior from my part as I did not follow the basic office standards. I also understand that this has affected the business. But, I would like bring to your notice the reason for such behavior. There is construction site at my locality, as a result the shortcut is blocked and I can’t get my vehicle through the longer route. I have to wait for an hours before I can avail any form of transport.
I assure you that this behavior won’t be repeated as the road block has been removed. I request you to forgive me and give me the permission to resume my work.
-With Regards,
Al Thomas
Assistant Manager,
Marketing department.
