Respected Mr. Ronald,

I am sending this email to enquire about the present status of my application which I sent to you on 25th August 2012. In accordance to the advertisement in newspaper Times Daily for the post of a General Manager, I submitted my job application letter along with a copy of a resume. I was told that I would be informed about the progress latest by 5th September 2012, but I am unaware about the status of my application.

It has been quite a while now that I did not have any communications from your company. I am therefore writing to know the status of proceeding of my application receipt. Through this email, I would request you to kindly mail me the tentative dates of the interview and the dates of the selection procedures. With this email, I would like to mention that I have applied for the post of a General Manager by following the prescribed format of your company and still I am not yet updated about my application status.

I am eagerly waiting to know the status of my job application so that I can see myself exercising my duties and responsibilities at your esteemed organisation. If any other certificates or information is needed by my side, I can be contacted at 282932929. I am resending a copy of my resume along with this email.
