I am sending this email to you on behalf of Glow Enterprises Limited. mail is to apologise for the late response of your letter seeking job application for the post of a sales executive at our company. You submitted your letter to us on 20th August and it has been more than 3 weeks that we have not replied back to you.

We sincerely apologise for such a delay in responding to your request. You must be aware that our office has been relocated from Lavender Street to Victoria Street. During the course of shifting, all the files and documents were difficult to locate. The staff members and other team managers were too occupied to look after the smooth relocation of the office. Therefore the response to your application got delayed for so many days. We deeply apologise you for the same and feel regretful for the inconvenience faced by you.

Please find the attached document along with this email which is a response letter to your job application letter. We once again apologise for such a late response. Thanks for your kind cooperation.
