Through this email, I would like to sincerely apologise for the error that I committed while sending the reports and documents to one of the clients. Sir, I am truly sorry for such a mistake and I understand that this error has caused inconvenience to our company. I would like to apologise for not completing the file work and report up gradation sincerely and carefully.
As a senior, I have always respected your guidance, motivation and direction. While I was computing the final results of the report file, I ended up making an error that has led to such a problem. I understand that any reason given for such a mistake will not revert back the mistake, but I am sending this apology email to personally accept my errors and hence apologise from you with the deep respect. It was an incident of poor conduct, insincerity and lack of attention that I promise not to repeat in future.
I am extremely sorry for delivering the wrong reports to our esteemed client. I assure you that such kind of oversight shall never happen again and I will apologise from the client for the same.
