Subject: Apology email to employees

Dear employees,

We are writing this email to you on behalf of the Board of Management and committee members of Fortune Enterprises Limited. Through this email, we would like to apologise from all the employees for the delayed salary for the last month. We understand that you all need to meet your monthly obligations and procedures in a timely manner and such delays causes lot of trouble and we are regretful for the delay in giving you the pay cheques.

As you all are aware that we are currently going through phase of financial analysis and thus there were some changes in the finance department that caused the delay. To avoid such delays and frustrations in the near future, we have changed the computer systems of our organisation that will prepare the cheques of the employees in advance. We sincerely apologise to all of you for the delay in your salary and dues and we assure you that this shall not be repeated any again.
