Dear Mr. George,
I am Mathew Harden, customer relationship manager of Plus Health Care Centre and I am writing this mail in reference to the complaint letter that you sent to us on 8th Aug 2013, complaining about the delivery of expired medicines against the order that you placed to us. We have thoroughly reviewed your complaints and we deeply apologies for the same.
With this mail, we would like to inform you that this was an unintentional act from our side. This happened because of the carelessness of one of our service man who made a mistake of packaging the expired medicines along with the unexpired ones. We realize our mistake and we request you not to take this matter to the consumer court. We are ready to pay the fine against this complaint, as mentioned in your complaint letter.
We hope that you will accept our apologies and will act in our favor. Please provide us an opportunity to serve you in future and we promise you of our finest and premium services. Once again we are deeply sorry for such a mistake.
